Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide individual or small group support to students needing extra assistance.
- Help prepare educational materials and resources.
- Support teachers in maintaining student discipline and creating a positive learning environment.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Work with SEN students, following Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting materials as necessary.
