The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and emotional development.
- Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning strategies.
- Foster independence and confidence in students with additional needs.
