The Role: This is a full-time, permanent role for an enthusiastic and creative SEN Teacher starting in ASAP. You will be supporting the diverse needs of students, ensuring they have access to a high-quality education. Both experienced Teachers and ECTs are invited to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the SENCo to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning.
- Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
