This role involves working with students who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and communication difficulties. You will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized learning plans that support each student's educational journey. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students with SEN. 
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development. 
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential. 
• Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment. 
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. 
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning. 
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. 

Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 
• Experience working with students with special educational needs. 
• Strong understanding of a range of SEN and effective teaching strategies. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. 
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
