A successful and supportive secondary school in Redbridge is looking to appoint a Director of Maths on a permanent basis from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated Maths department and play a key role in driving student achievement and improving outcomes across KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department, supporting and developing staff, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that raise attainment and maintain a strong and engaging curriculum.
This role would suit an experienced Maths teacher with leadership experience, or a current Head of Maths / Second in Charge ready for the next step in their career.
