A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to enrich their dedicated and supportive team.

The Role

Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to pupils, focusing on engagement, confidence, and learning progress

Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and social/emotional needs

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies

Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils build resilience and self-esteem

Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of the school community
The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years of classroom experience (essential)

Experience working with SEN pupils (essential)

A relevant degree (desirable but not essential)

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a proactive approach

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
