About the Role:

Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4

Opportunity to teach A-Level English for qualified/experienced staff

Create engaging, inspiring lessons that build critical thinking and communication skills

Support students’ academic progress through effective planning, marking, and assessment

Contribute to whole-school literacy initiatives and enrichment programmes

Take part in department planning, CPD, and school events
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in English or a related field

A genuine passion for English Language and Literature

Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills

Commitment to raising achievement and developing a love of learning

Experience teaching in UK schools (ECTs are welcome to apply)
