We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Ealing. This rewarding role is perfect for someone passionate about education and supporting children’s learning in a classroom setting.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to help pupils of varying abilities reach their full potential. You will provide both one-to-one and small group support, assisting with lessons, encouraging participation, and helping pupils overcome learning barriers. Your role will be vital in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment where every child feels supported and confident.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored learning support to individual pupils and small groups

Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom organisation

Encourage pupil engagement, focus, and progress across all subjects

Support pupils’ social and emotional development throughout the school day
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
