About the Role

Support students across KS3 and KS4 in your subject area (English, Maths, Science or Humanities).

Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and small group interventions.

Provide 1:1 support to pupils who need extra help with their learning or confidence.

Assist in classroom management, preparation of resources, and tracking pupil progress.

Offer pastoral and academic support to ensure students achieve their full potential.
About You

A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in a core subject – English, Maths, Science, or Humanities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

Proactive, positive, and confident working with secondary-aged students.

Previous experience in a school, tutoring, or youth work setting is desirable but not essential.
