The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.

Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to provide tailored learning support.

Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and daily routines.

Contribute to creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere that promotes pupil progress and confidence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting (essential).

A proactive, patient, and caring approach to supporting children of all abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
