We are looking for a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in East Hertfordshire.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and PMLD. Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, encouraging independence, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils to engage meaningfully with their learning.
This is a rewarding and hands-on role for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation

Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists

Assisting with personal care and daily routines (where needed)
