We are currently working with a number of welcoming and ambitious secondary schools in Enfield that are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025.
About the Role:

Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
-
Working 1:1 and in small groups, often with pupils with special educational needs.

Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
-
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for candidates who are:
-
Recent graduates considering a career in education

Experienced TAs with a passion for supporting young people

Confident, reliable, and proactive team players
-
Patient, understanding, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed

Interested in working with pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
