Are you a confident and committed Teaching Assistant with school-based experience? A vibrant and inclusive school in Ealing is looking to welcome an Experienced Teaching Assistant to their dedicated team to support students across the classroom.
As an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with teachers to support engaging and effective lessons.

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across various year groups.

Assist in delivering interventions, including for children with additional needs (SEN).

Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support pupil development.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting.

A solid understanding of the national curriculum and classroom dynamics.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude to supporting children’s learning.

An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
