We are recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them develop positive relationships, improve engagement, and achieve their full potential.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and the SEN team to implement behaviour strategies, provide one-to-one and small group support, and encourage positive attitudes towards learning. You will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, managing challenging behaviour, and creating a calm and inclusive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or experienced Behaviour Mentors looking to gain valuable school-based experience while making a meaningful difference.
