Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team either immediately or from September.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous SEN experience.
- Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, adaptable and proactive approach.
Desirable:
- Team Teach, Makaton, PECS or Autism Awareness training.
- Experience supporting pupils with EHCPs.
- Relevant childcare, education or SEN qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and other learning difficulties.
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
