Essential Requirements
Please note: This role requires a candidate who has already established a career in learning support. The school is looking for someone who can step into the classroom and make an immediate impact.
- Proven LSA Experience: Recent and relevant experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or TA within a primary school setting is essential.
- Intervention Confidence: Demonstrated ability to lead both 1:1 and group sessions with confidence and independence.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to supporting children with varied learning styles and behavioral needs.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a dedicated, reliable work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Support: Working alongside the Class Teacher to differentiate materials and ensure all students can access the curriculum.
- Social Development: Supporting the emotional and social well-being of pupils, helping them build confidence and resilience.
